This page explains the intended online agreement and payment journey. It is not a contract; final rights and obligations depend on the signed service agreement and service confirmation sheet.
Six stages in the agreement journey
Confirm the service need, region, dates, language and scope
Review a written quotation with version, validity and separated costs
Read the full agreement, including privacy, changes, cancellation and refunds
Complete valid signatures and provide copies to both parties
Pay through an approved payment provider
Deliver, record changes and complete the non-medical handover
Terms that a formal agreement should contain
Contracting entity, address and complaint channel
Service list, times, places, language and deliverables
Service boundaries and the hospital's independent clinical responsibility
Service fees, third-party costs, taxes and currency
Change, cancellation, refund and force-majeure rules
Privacy scope, retention period and user rights
Dispute resolution, applicable law and effective-signature method
Principles for changes, cancellation and refunds
A change in scope or duration requires renewed confirmation of scope and cost
Hospital clinical arrangements take priority over non-medical services
Patient cancellation distinguishes costs not yet incurred, booked costs and delivered services
If GBA Health Concierge cannot deliver, the options for rescheduling, substitution or refund follow the formal agreement
