2. Our non-medical services
GBA Health Concierge focuses on non-medical coordination, such as practical appointment support, hospital-process navigation, language coordination, transport, accommodation, family support and recovery-period living arrangements.
3. Hospital independence
Hospitals and licensed healthcare professionals remain independently responsible for clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medical fees and clinical records.
4. Quotations and agreements
No current webpage amount is a binding quotation. A formal service requires a written scope, price, currency, tax status, third-party costs, schedule, cancellation terms and a valid agreement.
5. Payments
The prototype does not collect payment-card details or process real transactions. Production payments must use an approved payment provider.
6. Changes and cancellation
Hospital schedule changes take priority. Our services may need to be adjusted. The formal agreement will define cancellation, refund and third-party cost rules.
7. Emergency situations
GBA Health Concierge is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or the nearest hospital immediately.
