SERVICE DELIVERY STANDARDS

Escort and Non-Medical Service Standards

Every service should have a defined scope, written confirmation and a clear handover. Hospital clinical arrangements always take priority, and prices, dates and cancellation rules must be confirmed in writing.

Five core principles

  • Hospitals provide clinical care; GBA Health Concierge coordinates the practical journey
  • Only the minimum information needed to deliver the service is handled
  • AI output cannot be sent before human review
  • No hospital acceptance, doctor availability or treatment outcome is promised
  • Potential emergencies do not enter the ordinary consultation process

Before, during and after service

  • Before: confirm the hospital appointment, location, date, meeting point, language, scope and exclusions
  • During: record only non-medical process and resource-coordination events
  • During: obtain renewed confirmation when the service changes materially
  • After: provide a non-medical handover note and next-step reminders
  • After: apply the agreed retention or deletion rules

What a service confirmation should contain

  • Journey stage and confirmed facts
  • Public information and sources for any candidate hospital, department or expert
  • Questions that still require hospital confirmation
  • The non-medical service list and exclusions
  • Delivery date, place, language and number of companions
  • Pricing basis, changes, cancellation rules and review record
