A safe sequence is to understand medical resources, obtain confirmation from the hospital, arrange travel and language support, protect all clinical times, and then plan recovery and return steps. GBA Health Concierge coordinates practical matters but does not make clinical decisions.
Before travelling
- Review hospitals, specialties and representative experts
- Contact the hospital to confirm suitability and appointment steps
- Confirm documents, language, travel and accommodation
- Keep health information within hospital-approved channels
During the hospital visit
Allow time for transport, registration and waiting. Clinical questions, diagnosis, treatment, costs and prescriptions should be discussed directly with the hospital.
After care and before returning
Confirm follow-up instructions with the hospital first. Then coordinate accommodation, practical support, report collection and return travel around those confirmed requirements.
