Start by confirming the hospital or health-management centre, appointment date, identification requirements, language support, medical preparation and how reports will be collected. The hospital confirms all tests and clinical requirements; GBA Health Concierge can coordinate non-medical journey details.
Begin with your purpose, not a list of tests
An annual review, focused screening, family arrangement or corporate programme may require different providers, timings and preparation. A hospital or qualified clinical team must confirm which tests are appropriate.
Six points to confirm before booking
- Provider and confirmed appointment date
- Passport or identification requirements
- Fasting and other medical preparation
- Required language support
- Expected duration and travel buffer
- Report collection and follow-up pathway
If the report identifies an issue
Clinical findings must be explained by the hospital. If a specialist review is advised, the next appointment and related travel can be coordinated after the hospital confirms the pathway.
