Check the Chinese embassy, consulate or visa application centre responsible for the application location. The National Immigration Administration describes S visas in relation to private affairs, but the accepting authority must confirm whether and how medical documents apply.
A hospital letter does not guarantee a visa
An appointment, invitation or medical explanation may be one supporting document, but the visa authority decides whether it is required, what format is accepted and whether a visa is issued. No service provider should guarantee approval.
State the real purpose
